Double disc mounted fertilizer spreader is designed for surface application (spreading) of various types of dry fertilizers and their mixtures during cultivation of field crops, as well as seeds, salt and granular fertilizer materials. Hydraulic system with operation mode control from the tractor cab enables one-sided application of fertilizer (edge treatment) and quick closed at the end of the field, which prevents unnecessary consumption of fertilizer. The lower part of the fertilizer hopper is divided into two compartments by a V-shaped separating sheet, and a horizontal mixer inside ensures the flow of fertilizer from the hopper. The hopper has a grid for protection against large impurities and a tarpaulin canopy allows to work independently from atmospheric conditions. The spreading width of the fertilizer is 10-24 meters. However, depending on the type of fertilizer, the working width can be adjusted by changing the angle of the disc and the length of the blades. The mounted fertilizer spreader is coupled to the tractor with a three-point linkage. It is also possible to use the spreader with TRAC LIFT loaders; Compact and robust design guarantees long and reliable operation of the spreader.
