The field sprayer ( hinged type) is designed for application of liquid mineral fertilizers and means of protection of field crops against diseases and pests into the soil. The work is carried out by means of continuous spraying of plants through the nozzle system located on the boom of the mounted unit. CASTER series sprayers are available with a tank capacity of 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 800 and 1000 liters and working width of the boom 10-12 meters. The sprayer is equipped with a three-membrane pump with a capacity of 80 liters per minute, analogous to the Italian pump COMET. Boom height adjustment and folding of the boom are mechanized. CASTER series sprayers are equipped with self-filling system, single-position nozzles TeeJet, cardan shaft 6x8 slotted, polyethylene tank, clean water tank, cleaning filter and level indicator. CASTER sprayer is a convenient, easy to understand and budget-friendly unit for crop treatment.
